FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Standard tracked deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days in mainland UK. European Union: 4 to 8 working days. Rest of the world: 4 to 12 working days depending on destination.
  • All deliveries are tracked and insured. UK standard delivery costs £3.90 and £1.90 to a collection point. Delivery is free from £70 of purchases\! For international orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • As soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also find this parcel tracking number by logging into your customer account. Simply click on "track my parcel" and the link will redirect you to the carrier's website.
  • It is possible that our emails have ended up in your spam folder. Please check there and if you still have not received anything, contact us at orders@thesmilist.co.
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to add or remove one or more products from your order.
  • If you have entered the wrong delivery address, we may still be able to modify it. It all depends on whether it has already been processed by the warehouse. If it has already been picked up, we will no longer be able to modify it. Otherwise, we can update it\! Please do not hesitate to contact us at orders@thesmilist.co to let us know as quickly as possible.
  • If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, it is possible to cancel it and proceed with a refund. In this case, contact us as quickly as possible by email at orders@thesmilist.co. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, unfortunately we will no longer be able to cancel it.
  • We deliver worldwide\! 🌍 Shipping costs vary depending on your location.

MY ACCOUNT

  • Click on the login button at the top right, then click on "create an account". Creating a The Smilist™ account gives you access to your order history, tracking links and your personal information.
  • When logging in, click on "forgotten password?", and you will receive an email within minutes allowing you to set a new password.
  • It is quite possible that you have not yet created an account with us, even if you have already placed an order online. In that case, simply create your account in a few seconds. To do so, click on the person icon at the top right of our website, then click on "create one now".
  • You can subscribe to our Newsletter from the homepage of the website, at the very bottom. Simply enter your email address in the designated field and click on "submit". You will receive our latest news first, along with tips and exclusive offers throughout the year\! (PS: we will not flood your inbox. Promise\!)
  • It was sent to you as an attachment to your order confirmation email. If you no longer have it, contact us at orders@thesmilist.co

PAYMENTS AND RETURNS / PROMO CODES

  • You can pay by VISA card, PayPal and Apple Pay.
  • All your purchases are fully secured with 3D Secure technology. It is impossible, even for a hacker, to discover your card details.
  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return. To do so, contact our customer service at orders@thesmilist.co stating your order number. We will explain the process 🙂 You will be refunded to the card used for payment, upon receipt of the returned product(s) by our logistics partner, provided they are intact and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • After confirming your basket, you will find a "promo code" field where you will need to enter your promo code. To validate it, simply click on "apply". Don't forget to check that the code has been applied correctly before confirming your order.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot apply the promo code once your order has been confirmed, but you will be able to use it for another order subject to current offers\!

  • We imagined, designed and created our entire range in France.
  • Our formulations are 100% of natural origin and are free from all controversial ingredients, such as endocrine disruptors… We use well-known and recognised natural actives, carefully dosed for maximum efficacy.
  • Yes\! The products are ECOCERT certified in accordance with the COSMOS standard.
  • Our products are sold exclusively at www.thesmilist.co
  • All our products have been tested under dental supervision, as part of clinical studies that have revealed their performance and cosmetic acceptability, as well as their maximum tolerance for all mouth types. Our products comply with European Regulation 1223/2009 and are therefore not tested on animals\!
  • Our products comply with European Regulation 1223/2009 and are not tested on animals. Respect for animal welfare is one of the values we hold very dear.
  • All The Smilist™ products are vegan and no animal testing is carried out (as prohibited by European legislation).
  • If unopened, our products keep for up to 3 years\! This should not be confused with the shelf life of products once opened, which is indicated on the products (the number shown on the small open pot symbol on the bottom of the product). Our products keep for up to 6 months after opening\!
  • The toothpaste tube is made of infinitely recyclable aluminium. The serum bottle is made of recyclable glass. The packaging boxes are recyclable and made from 40% recycled paper. You can find recycling instructions on the boxes. To learn more about our commitments, click here.
  • Yes\! Our products are suitable for all mouths and are unisex\!
  • The Smilist™ products have not been developed or tested for pregnant or breastfeeding women. We advise against the use of any product not specifically developed for them by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • To keep the toothbrush in good condition over time, clean the bristles thoroughly with water after use, dry the bristles and store in a dry place. Replace every 2 months.
  • The Smilist™ products last 2 months with daily use.

  • At The Smilist™, we are convinced that a beautiful smile is a healthy smile within a body that radiates wellbeing. To achieve this, we have added prebiotics to our formulas. These microscopic organisms take care of your oral microbiome by nourishing the good bacteria. The result: a healthy and balanced microbiome.
  • At The Smilist™, we ban synthetic preservatives that are harmful to health. We use polysaccharides of natural origin. They are recognised for their high natural preservation properties. This is why our products can be used for up to 6 months after opening, as opposed to products with very powerful and sometimes allergenic chemical preservatives that can be used for up to 24 months.
